Digi.City Chicago Roundtable 8/16/207
On the evening of Wednesday, August 16 Digi.City hosted an important discussion about Chicago's smart cities efforts at 1871, Chicago's Center for Technology and Entrepreneurship. We were honored to have Mayor Rahm Emanuel join us and provide opening remarks. Following, a panel of public and private sector leaders spoke about the strides that the City of Chicago has made in their quest to become a smart city while acknowledging the work to come.
This event is part of a multi-city series, “Digi.City Connects,” which hosts thoughtful discussions in key metropolitan areas across the United States with local lawmakers and experts about the policy implications of smart city technologies. We are honored to hear from these esteemed local leaders.
